The reason people stay with inspection software they have stopped liking is almost never the software. It is the template — years of your own wording, your liability language, the order your clients expect to read it in. Starting again from a blank form is the actual cost of switching, and it is the bit nobody offers to pay.

So send us yours. A PDF, a Word file, a sample report, a screenshot of the sections — whatever you have. We rebuild it in ReportWalk by hand and email you when it is ready, usually in two or three working days. It costs nothing and you do not need an account to ask.

ISN users who only ever needed the inspection part. And a lot of people whose template is a Word document they have been editing since 2019.

Straight answers

  • What does it cost? Nothing, and there is no account required to ask.
  • How long does it take? Usually two or three working days. If yours is unusually long, or we are unusually busy, we will tell you within a day.
  • Will my template end up in your public library? No, unless you tell us it can.
  • What if my template is licensed from an association? Tell us, and we rebuild the structure without reproducing somebody else’s copyrighted wording.
  • What happens to the file I send? Private storage only we can read. If you send a completed report with a real client on it, we delete it once the build is done.
